Brian worked with me when I told him I may need to delay the cleaning due to unforseen circumstances. It ended up that I did not need to reschedule, and they were able to perform the work as requested. The crew showed up on time, and they were ready to work.  Brian came towards the end to help complete the job, as well as complete the billing and dimensions of the grout/tile. I over estimated about 1300-1400 sq. ft. of tile, and Brian was very honest (which was a pleasant surprise compared to some vendors) and told me there was only 1100' sq. ft. of tile. I was more than satisfied with the job and time they took to do the job right. All were very personable and Brian is a very honest lead man. Great job done by all! I would recommend them to my friends and family.
