I cannot say enough good things about Sir Grout! I started out doing just my kitchen floor, but now Sir Grout has sealed every tile floor in my home. Everything is easier to clean now, and looks brand new.
We had a wonderful experience with Tim, who was both professional and punctual. He also was extremely patient -- I made MANY calls before the service was done, and he never minded answering all my questions. We have had so much trouble with our grout in the past -- we had a contractor come in, remove and re-grout our entire bathroom. It still didn't fix our problem. Our grout was continually getting stained. Finally, I found out about Sir Grout, and now our grout is bright, beautiful and won't stain again! I thought it was amazing how it still looks and feels like regular grout, but is no longer porous and won't absorb everything that gets on it ... I could have saved a lot of money if I had found them sooner! Also, their pH neutral floor cleaner is the best I have ever used. It leaves your floors incredibly shiny.

"We have a 500 square foot bright kitchen with a lighter salmon shaded floor, which was never sealed right when we built the house 7 years ago. It was important, therefore, to have the right color grout put in. It was a difficult color to exactly match, but Tim at Sir Grout worked diligently to show us the multitude of shades, put them in between the tiles and let us "live" with them for a while. We finally had our tiles done last week. They worked efficiency and effectively, cleaning our grout several times to remove the "grey" look, and then applied the new color sealant. It really looks like new. I'd highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone who wants someone who cares about how the job is done."

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent job on my kitchen and hallway floors. Well done! The floors look better than when they were originally installed in 1997. It was more than a year and a half ago when I first contacted you about possibly cleaning and sealing the grout. At that time I was in the midst of a major renovation of my kitchen and was looking for a solution other than replacing the existing floor. Sir Grout was the answer. After the initial deep cleaning and tinted grout sealing, the floor was crystal clean and the grout tinted a color that looked better than the original. This treatment was able withstand the daily traffic of children and also my dog. The maintenance service that was just completed has just rejuvenated the appearance and returned the floor and grout once again to its "sir grout" perfect condition. I would recommend your company to anyone without hesitation.

I just want to express my thanks and gratitude for "restoring" my floor. As you said yourself, we have a beautiful, but problematic limestone floor in our kitchen, which over the years has accumulated alot of dirt in the stone and in the grout. I have to admit, even after seeing your pre and post pictures, I was somewhat skeptical about the outcome of the floor.
