  1. Sponge Mops your floors with SIR GROUT Maintenance(soap-free-PH Neutral) cleaner.  Using the SIR GROUT maintenance cleaner, add 2-4 oz of concentrate to a gallon of warm water.  For highly soiled areas, add6-8 oz per gallon.  If you are using a different brand of pH-neutral soap-less cleaner, follow directions on product label.

  2. Shower may be cleaned by washing walls with your neutral cleaner at same dilution rate as a floor.

  3. Be sure to clean mop head

  4. Change water in bucket when it appears dirty

  5. Dry floor, with clean dry towel

  6. If grout lines appear to become soiled, mop floor with your neutral cleaner at 6-8 oz per gallon.  allow cleaner to dwell on the ground lines for 5 minutes. wipe grout lines with a clean dry cloth to remove soil.
