I thought that Sir Grout might be the answer to my prayer when the coupon fell out of the envelope and it was just what I'd been thinking of doing in my master bathroom but didn't know who in the world to call! I am so pleased with the results that yes, my prayer was answered that day. After 25 years with all white tile around the tub & floor, mildew & mold were showing up everywhere and who knew what the original color of the floor tile grout had been - I saw at least 3 different shades of something! Now it looks absolutely brand new, clean and fresh. My technician Chris was wonderful, explaining all the processes to me as he went along and even gave me some interesting tips on growing tomatoes - best of all, my two dogs loved him! I am very very please with the whole experience - my bathroom looks terrific - and I have already recommended your service to three other people.

I just wanted to tell you that we are very pleased with the grout work you did in our home! While our house (and tile) is only 10 years old, it is amazing that you can bring the tile back to life. It looks like it was just installed! We had tried "another" grout company and had no success. In fact, the grout and caulking became brown and had to be entirely replaced. On September 15, 2011 Greg Lynch, the owner/operator of Sir Grout based in
Lutz, Florida and his team, Stefan and A.J., appeared promptly as
scheduled to clean our ten-year-old tile floors. The grout was badly
discolored and the floors had never been properly cleaned. I must say I am
very pleased with their job. Greg, Stefan and A.J. were courteous and
efficient, and all were obviously dedicated to achieving excellent

Sir Grout is an exemplary company. I called them because I was unhappy with the previous company I hired to clean and seal my grout. The work looked great when the previous contractor finished the job; however, it didn't last nearly as long and I was promised. Needless to say, within a year, I was right back where I started.
My experience with Sir Grout turned out to be completely the opposite. The sales team was very professional, providing a detailed explanation of the work that would be completed at my home, in writing. The price was higher, but comparable to what I had previously paid.
Sir Grout's workers were timely, courteous, and professional grouters. They completed a clean and color seal of my entire bathroom - including the shower and the bathroom floor. The finished work looked very similar to my first grout clean and seal experience. The difference was that is actually lasted!
My grout looks just as good today as when the job was finished a year and a half ago. I also received a five-year written warranty from Sir Grout, so I am confident the work will continue to hold up well into the future.
I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone who is looking to have a long lasting and professional grout clean and seal completed.
