Brian, my expectations were exceeded. The tile floors and grout were not cleaned in 10 years and after cleaning and sealing by Sir Grout, they look new. Great job,fair price. The home was built in 1997 and the tile and grout had not been professionally cleaned since. Brian,the owner of Sir Grout, was on timefor the sales presentation and gave a professional presentation with before and after photos of prior jobs and a written job bid. The crew  showed up on time, moved furniture and completed the job on time. More importantly, they anwered my wifes questions as the job progressed. She was happy and so was I.  Amen!
