The shower wall and floor grout in our master bath was moldy and soft. Original installation by the builder was substandard. Sir Grout's owner, Chris, came out and explained what could be done to correct the situation. He was a pleasure to speak with. Knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. Grout had to be removed, replaced and sealed. Sir Grouts products are top of the line. A great value for the cost of the job. They cleaned and sealed floor tile grout and granite countertops as well.
