Wow!! I am so thrilled with all my results. My techs were prompt, personable, and very knowledgeable. My tile and travertine look better than new, and they are over 20 years old. Ann, David, and Meeko take pride in their work, and it really shows. They all worked under the supervision of our Rotti, Zelda. She gives them a four-paws up! :) I had to throw that in!
Ann has the patience of a saint. She had to strip, color seal, and grout our kitchen counter and backsplash, with a lot of grout lines and travertine. I was amazed how she floated the color seal into the travertine... beautiful work.
David did a great job on our bathroom shower and walls. He had to strip, color seal, and grout everything. He is fairly new to the company and loves his work — and it shows.
Meeko worked wonders on our lanai. He had to strip and color seal the floor, did a small grout repair in the bathroom, and color sealed the grout around the kitchen counter. Everything is so bright and clean! You can tell Meeko loves his work and has been doing it for a while.
The owner/estimator, Kat, was fantastic to work with! She had no doubt that I would be thrilled with the result — and she was right! She is coming next week to give us an estimate to clean and color seal all our tile floors. My neighbor loved our results, and she is getting an estimate on her shower floor too!

The team went above and beyond on the grout project at our house. It was a unique situation, but the quality service was only outdone by the customer service. Highly recommend!
We had a leaking shower stall with worn grout. Jay took a look at it and was forthright enough not to guarantee that regrouting and sealing would be enough. We opted for the work, though. The field technician was friendly and went out of his way to address whatever he thought might be a problem. The final product was very impressive; it truly looked new. He even got an intractable rust stain off a tile in another bathroom. An excellent experience.

Leo, I love ya, man! Sir Grout really took care of us and did a great job overall with our house sale prep. Thanks to Tony too! Keep in mind that when all of this is wet, there may be some missed spots. Once dry, I noticed some issues, but Leo and Tony came right out and fixed everything. Now, everything looks brand new! Thanks a bunch, Sir Grout—I will definitely hire you all again in the future when it comes time to restore the new house.
My only regret is that we didn't call Sir Grout sooner! Over the last 25 years, our primary bathroom shower developed moldy nastiness that was impossible to scrub clean, no matter what we tried. We didn't want to invest $20k in an entire bathroom renovation, but we had begun to dread stepping into such a depressing shower.

We were able to book our restoration project within a few weeks, and the job was completed in two days. Our technician Eric showed up promptly and worked masterfully to transform the shower and floor. He checked in periodically to explain his process, confirm our grout color choice, provide updates on his progress, and to check to make sure we were satisfied with his work.
