I tend not to write reviews unless I was very impressed or really disappointed with a service, and with Sir Grout, I was certainly impressed.
Arthur, provided a quality and reasonable-cost proposal and Isaiah, Isaac and Akin, who cleaned and sealed my tile floors and "restored" my shower, were on-time, professional, polite, competent, good communicators, thorough, worked steadily throughout the day, and often went a bit beyond what I expected to ensure an excellent job was done.
I certainly recommend Sir Grout if you need tile cleaning and/or shower restoration.
We had the best experience with Sir Grout from start to finish! From the initial service call to the day of the work and the final results, everything was excellent. Randy was fantastic!
His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. We had our showers and bathroom countertops recaulked, grout cleaned, and several tiles replaced. Everything looks amazing!
We couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely use Sir Grout again. Highly recommend!
I decided to tackle re-grouting my shower as a DIY project, and let's just say I quickly learned I was in over my head. I found Sir Grout and they were able to come out so quickly, and they completely rescued the project.
Everyone was so nice, professional, and respectful of my home. The new grout lines are crisp, even, beautiful, and the steam cleaning left the tile and glass looking better than the day it was installed.
If you're thinking about doing this yourself, save yourself the stress and call them first. I'll be using them again for sure!
I regrouted the bathroom floor and did some partial regrouting inside the shower. My fear with doing this repair was that you might be able to see the difference between the old and the new grout; but no everything looked perfectly even no signs of repair.
The grout inside matched perfectly with the old grout. Nestor was amazing! He is truly a professional; his work is meticulous and precise (especially when caulking a straight and curved line such as the tub and toilet).
I totally 100 percent recommend Nestor and his company. You just don't get work like this anymore-perfection!
This is a great company. They've been coming to my house for years. They clean and seal the grout, and everything just looks fresh and beautiful.
Our bathroom tile and grout had years of discoloration, and we honestly didn't think it could look this good again. Sir Grout restored it beautifully. Professional service, great communication, and excellent attention to detail.
They are marvelous and very professional helping even with my touch up work after work was ended.
Excellent, professional work. Old ceramic tile and grout work in primary shower went very well, and then Sir Grout scheduled and completed our second bath and laundry room floor.
Highly recommend!
Our first contact with Sir Grout Annapolis was with Aidan. Aidan was professional in sizing up the shower tile work we wanted done. He has a good knowledge of the products Sir Grout uses and answered all of our questions. A plan was put together to accomplish the needed "repairs". Walter was the technician for our project. He was hardworking, careful, and attentive to details. We are very pleased with the finished product.
Very prompt in giving estimate and in performing service. Would highly recommend!
