We have a large ceramic (lots of grout!) walk in shower. My husband was scheduled for surgery, and I recently fell and obtained a knee injury. Scrubbing the shower was hard enough on a regular basis, but now it was a real chore. And, since I wanted it cleaned prior to my husband's surgery, I started thinking about how I could get it cleaned thoroughly and decided I just couldn't do it.
I scheduled an appointment for a quote online. It was quick and easy. I received a confirmation and then another confirmation prior from the person coming to quote. Everything was explained, and when I told my reasoning for needing a clean shower, they got me on the schedule expeditiously.
I was thrilled with everything! The professional explanation, the helpful insight, AND the finished product. I forgot to take pictures but trust me, it is way nicer and cleaner. I am even going to schedule them for additional services once we get through the surgery!

Scheduling a quote was easy and had the option of virtual or in-person. I chose in-person. Julian arrived, reviewed my project and made several recommendations. He was pleasant, professional and not high pressure. He took pictures and sent me a competitive quote within an hour of his visit.
We were able to schedule the job just two days later. Jonathan was the tech for my job. He was on time and did a great job. He made two additional recommendations: a new sweeper for the bottom of the glass door and a re-caulking of the vanity with epoxy instead of the silicone that was used previous. I elected to do both, and he was able to add those items and still finish the same day.

I googled to find a reliable grout and caulk company to do work in Rockland County, NY. I found Sir Grout Northern New Jersey and filled out a contact form. They got back to me that day via email and phone. Then they arranged for a FaceTime call so I could video the areas I wanted to be worked on, which included two bathrooms and a kitchen. The call lasted over a half hour, and I appreciated that I wasn't rushed through this. It was clear what work was to be done.
We scheduled for the next week, and the day before I was contacted to remind me and confirm the appointment. The tech arrived in the morning and worked through the day until the work was complete. The tech then went through the work with me and gave instructions for future cleaning. The instructions included a point I didn't know, and that was to clean the surfaces with pH Neutral cleaner, to maintain the integrity of the materials used.
After the work was done, I was contacted again to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Great communication. The professionalism, from start to finish is appreciated. 5 Stars.
Sir Grout of Boston delivered excellent work! We had them work on the floors in our mudroom, downstairs bathroom, laundry room, back closet, kids' bathroom and our primary suite bathroom and shower. Communication by Chris, Jimmy and Brian was clear, and responsive throughout, and the craftmanship shows in the details. The team was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. The floors look amazing. The builder's flaws left big gaps between baseboards and Floors. The builder installed flooring after baseboards which is not the standard process. I had to consider ripping out flooring and baseboards at a great expense, but with great appreciation I was referred to Sir Grout Phoenix by neighbors.
They regrouted and sealed floors. They look new without gaps and missing grout. I highly recommend Sir Grout Phoenix. Not only do they clean and apply sealant, as most do, but they repair flaws which other companies do not. Consumers should be aware of new builds and watch the process to avoid further costs.
