We had a leaking shower stall with worn grout. Jay took a look at it and was forthright enough not to guarantee that regrouting and sealing would be enough. We opted for the work, though. The field technician was friendly and went out of his way to address whatever he thought might be a problem. The final product was very impressive; it truly looked new. He even got an intractable rust stain off a tile in another bathroom. An excellent experience.

Leo, I love ya, man! Sir Grout really took care of us and did a great job overall with our house sale prep. Thanks to Tony too! Keep in mind that when all of this is wet, there may be some missed spots. Once dry, I noticed some issues, but Leo and Tony came right out and fixed everything. Now, everything looks brand new! Thanks a bunch, Sir Grout—I will definitely hire you all again in the future when it comes time to restore the new house.
My only regret is that we didn't call Sir Grout sooner! Over the last 25 years, our primary bathroom shower developed moldy nastiness that was impossible to scrub clean, no matter what we tried. We didn't want to invest $20k in an entire bathroom renovation, but we had begun to dread stepping into such a depressing shower.

Collin did an excellent job with amazing attention to detail. He was extremely professional and polite. Spending nearly an entire day meticulously cleaning the tile and dying the grout, he was able to bring it back to life with a like-new look. I highly recommend Sir Grout as a much less expensive alternative to replacing your flooring.
