John is professional and genuinely cares about his work and customer satisfaction. I was impressed with his attitude and work ethic. We re-grouted my master bathroom to avoid or postpone redoing it. It looks brand new. Wish all of my home improvement and repairs could be done by him!!
Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable from the start. He worked hard to try to remedy a problem that unfortunately could not be fixed (tile was used in the shower that was not met to get wet) and updated his fee to reflect this. He then went above and beyond to try to find other potential solutions. Honest and trustworthy goes a long way these days!

I contacted Sir Grout in March 2021 and from the first phone call until completion of the work I found Sir Grout to be professional and responsive. They re-grouted my entire master bathroom, removed all mold and cleaned the travertine tiles. They also explained why I had the mold problem to begin with. While I would love a master bath remodel, this was the next best thing - getting everything clean and mold free.
We were very pleased that Chris and MC arrived promptly, wearing masks. Their friendly manners and product knowledge convinced us that we could trust them to do an excellent job. We were not disappointed as the floors soon began to look brand new. The quality of their workmanship was evident. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to refresh their floors. Rod was very professional - arrived on time to the estimate, quickly determined and patiently described the issue and followed up on a timely basis with the estimate. He provided advance notice of his arrival on the day the work was performed and arrived on time with his new employee. The work was done in the amount of time estimated and the results were beautiful - grout looks brand new! Very friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would hire them again for future needs.
Sir Grout came and did work on our shower, countertops, and floors. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they said they would do it for. They were very professional and we could not be more please with Sir Grout or their workmanship.
They made the limestone floor in my kitchen look new again. The technician was personable and pleasant, offered to take off his shoes, and wore a mask. Highly recommended.
The tech was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did a very neat job. We had our upstairs shower recaulked and our foyer floor buffed to a high polish. Care was taken to prevent problems with surrounding furniture and other items during the process. Would use them again without a second thought.
Couldn't be happier! Researched multiple companies to clean my tile and reseal my kitchen granite. They were the only company that took time to come out and look at the job, explain the entire process, answer questions, and give me a price. The two gentlemen that did our house were very timely, hardworking, answered questions, and went above and beyond to be sure the job was done correctly and that we were happy with the job. It took two days due to size of our house, but they went out of their way to give us space when we were at home with them. Our home now looks just like it did when we first built it and moved in to beautiful tile and shiny granite. Thank you Sir Grout!! Will be seeing you again!!
