My experience with Sir Grout was amazing. The quote was very competitive and scheduling was so accommodating as Jose knew I wanted it done for the holidays. They did an amazing job. I had a slight issue, and they immediately scheduled a return trip to fix it. The technicians were polite, efficient, and cleaned up every inch of their workspace. I will be a return customer and refer this business to all of my friends! Don't think twice, call them!
Brian and the Sir Grout team restored the grout in both of our bathrooms, and ensured our satisfaction by following up and addressing concerns we had about their epoxy grout application. They truly mean what they say when they state 'customer satisfaction means everything'!
It can be rare to find an honest, trustworthy, and reliable contractor. Jay was very friendly and arrived exactly on time. Rather than take our money, he explained that our particular project needed to go in a different direction than what they offered, but they would be happy to help in a different part of the house that could use their service. I will definitely call them again and can highly recommend.

Could not be more pleased and impressed with Sir Grout! Jay and Cody were absolutely wonderful to work with and my nineteen-year-old tile and grout looks brand new. They were even able to fill a few tiles to completely mask some large cracks. We receive positive comments from everyone who walks into our house and sees the floor! Bathroom tile will be next! Had my 15-year-old kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room tile grout restored on 12/23/24. We live in Wake Forest with 3 dogs who are always tracking in dirt, and the grout lines stay looking dirty even after several mopping attempts. I even bought a steam cleaner to try to keep the grout clean, but even after this, it just looked a little cleaner and not clean.
My wife and I now feel Sir Grout solved the issues, as the grout and tile now look brand new. The grout is now sealed, so it will not absorb the dirt like it did prior to the treatment.
Kudos to Tim, who took the time to explain the process and provided an excellent price quote. Yes, we did get another price that was higher, and the salesman just came in, looked at the tile, and said, "You need to restore your tile. Here is a brochure. I will email you a price." He was in and out in 5 minutes.
Also, major kudos to Chaz, who did the restoration work. You could tell he cared about doing a good and professional job, and his communication was excellent. So, if you have dirty grout that you cannot keep clean even after trying all the grout cleaner options on the market, this is the only option I found, just have it restored.
I highly recommend without any hesitation Sir Grout to be the company that completes the restoration.
We hired Sir Grout to clean, disinfect, and restore the grout in our bathrooms. Isaac came out and inspected our situation and gave us a reasonable quote to complete the work. We scheduled the work date, received updates, then Omar showed up on time to perform the work on two separate days. Omar was professional, clean, diligent in his work, and informative when asked questions.
The final result was excellent. We had our tile floors cleaned, grout color sealed, and then sealed again with Sir Grout's proprietary, organic, toxic free products. They left us a quart of the cleaning product to maintain the work that they performed. We are absolutely happy with the work performed, and with the professional service they gave us. If you need your tile and grout cleaned and restored, call Sir Grout, you won't be disappointed.
I wasn't happy with the grout color in our kitchen and wanted a darker color to blend in with our tiles for a more seamless look. I'm thrilled with the results! I can't recommend Sir Grout enough. The technician, Tony, was professional and courteous, and his attention to detail was very much appreciated.
