I recommend Sir Grout services. We have Vermont slate quarry tile, which we wanted cleaned and sealed. Ted and associate came to our home twice to assess what could be done without using harsh chemical application per our request, then Jordan did our floors. He was thorough, thoughtful, and pleasant. He also helped to move the furniture.
The process was not rushed and care was taken. Ted came after the work was completed. Both Ted and Jordan answered questions of concern to maintain the slate floors appearance. Very helpful and pleased with the work. Feel this company is well run and trustworthy.

Xavier came today and was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I asked how long the process of renewing my shower would take, and he estimated 4–5 hours. I worked in another room until he finished a little over four hours later. My shower looks brand new. Thanks also, Xavier, for the maintenance tips and your personal card to call for additional info if needed.
Just amazing!!!! The difference is so remarkable, and my floors look so much cleaner. He did an incredible job, and I watched how meticulous he was to get it right the first time. I highly recommend Sir Grout, and as a matter of fact, I'm having him back to do other areas in my home.
We are thrilled with the transformation of our two tile showers that Sir Grout performed for us! We have a tub shower and a stall shower dating from 1976 when the house was built. Both had collected ugly grunge from long use and slapdash attempts at maintenance over the years. Chris the estimator cautioned us not to expect perfection, and we were cautiously hopeful that their work would raise the bathrooms to acceptably decent looking at least.
Brian and Jimmy each took one of the showers and worked hard for hours. The results: virtual perfection! Both look wonderful, sparkling and like new!
