I booked Sir Grout to replace grout in my main shower and to seal the tile backsplash in my kitchen. Adrian arrived as scheduled, explained the steps involved, and spent time showing me the work as it progressed. Very satisfied with the results.
Carter and Manchan were our techs. They did a fantastic job putting down several colors for us to choose from. I didn't like them, so they asked which one was closer to what we liked and how we would like to change it. 15 minutes later, they put down 3 more colors, and we found the perfect color from that group.
Carter and Manchan were here for about 7 hours to do the floors and walls in our master bathroom, along with the floors in our guest bathroom and laundry room. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They were both very professional and cleaned up everything before they left.
We are completely satisfied with the new grout color, and we highly recommend Sir Grout to get your grout cleaned and sealed.

The team was so kind and knowledgeable. They had great advice on maintenance and how to get the most from the service. One of the areas they treated is an area where we do not like the color of the tile. Their recommendation on a lighter shade of sealant completely de-emphasized the shade of the tile, while also making everything look cleaner and brighter. We will definitely be repeat customers!
