We had a fantastic experience with Sir Grout! The estimator, Derrick, showed up on time (even sent a text letting me know how far out he was to arriving). He was very helpful and set realistic goals as to what they could achieve given the sorry state of our shower tiles. Truth is, they exceeded our expectations!
Dorian and Ray showed up to do the work, and they were such a great team. Both young men were courteous, conscientious, and hard-working. Our project included 2 bathrooms and our kitchen backsplash. They always updated us on their progress and asked for input before proceeding with anything, which I greatly appreciated. I wish I had taken a before picture, but the after looks so great.

We recently had our bathroom floor and walls re-grouted and sealed at our restaurant, which is heavily trafficked, by Sir Grout. Thanks to Fred from sales, who explained the process and made the proper recommendations, it was a seamless process. I highly recommend this company for all re-grouting and sealing of your tiles! Thank you so much, I love our tiles, they look new again!

Exceptional. They saw that what I thought was soap scum was actually mineral buildup, then they removed all traces of it, added a darkener to my dark tiles, sealed, repaired, and everything looks amazing. Also, they gave me free advice about some other stone in my home that's turned out well. Absolutely fantastic. 10 thumbs up. I'll definitely use them again.

This is my third time using Sir Grout, and again it did not disappoint. Peter did a great job. He was efficient and pointed out a few things that could help make things last longer in terms of keeping our master bath shower in good shape.
