Sir Grout, and their technician Marlon, were absolutely wonderful. The results so far are fantastic, saving us a lot of money that would have been spent on installing a new floor. The manager Gary was prompt and responsive. Marlon, the technician who provided the service, was one of the most professional contractors I've worked with. He was clean cut, polite, and well spoken. He cleaned up thoroughly, and explained to me what was going on every step of the way. I highly recommend their services, and in particular, Marlon!

Excellent company to work with. We had extensive grout and caulking done in showers and also tile floors cleaned. The workers came right on schedule and were pleasant and professional. Any question I had Charlie was happy to answer. The workmanship was excellent and they were particularly clean and left no mess. I am thrilled with the results.

It's hard to find a company that still believes in customer service but this company does! they do the work they say and go above and beyond to educate and take care of their customer. i did have a problem with part of the work peeling but i called them and they are sending someone out to fix it. i heard words every customer wants to hear, "we have to make it right for you". Thank you Sir Grout for caring about your work and most importantly your customers. I will surely recommend this company. I will also have them back to work on another bathroom.
I couldn't be happier. Marlon arrived precisely on time, was courteous and professional throughout, explained everything clearly and in detail, and did a first rate job all around. When they tell you your floors would look like new, believe them, I was skeptical at first, but it wasn't an exaggeration.
Recently had bathroom tile in our 38 year old home cleaned and regrouted. It is amazing the difference! Looks like new! Highly recommend this if not looking to totally remodel a bathroom.
