Met with Corey and was given an estimate immediately for my laundry room, kitchen and powder room floors. Waited several weeks before we were able to schedule due to other conflicts we had. When Corey called to see if we had any questions we scheduled our appointment and we were able to get one within a week. Chris arrived right on time and let us choose the color we wanted for the grout by showing us a few samples. Once he started working it was nonstop for four hours. He did a great job, was very neat and our floors looks like they did the first day they were laid and grouted. Thanks for making my floors look brand new.
Very pleased with the work we had done! The guys were efficient and thorough, and we have already recommended them to our upstairs neighbor.
The technicians were very professional and courteous. They took precautions in putting down protective covering on the wood floors and removing area rugs and other items. They explained everything they were doing and how it matched the work order prepared by Eddie. I was very pleased with the outcome and could not have asked for a better outcome. The floor grout and travertine tiles looked brand new at the end of the process. The tub caulking and grout repair was unbelievably done to perfection.
Saved our bathroom marble countertops. They were abraded by cleaning with clorox and we thought they were ruined. Fast and clean job. Almost like new.
Very professional service and the results were exactly as promised. Will be having them back for more soon. Highly recommended.
The shower looks like new. So very pleased. Also was done in a timely manner. Dennis and the installer were excellent.
I have been with Sir Grout for the past 6 months and they have done a fantastic job addressing the issues we had with our lobby floor. The Refinery Hotel is a high traffic location and the lobby floor had major grout issues as well as heavy wax coating added by our prior vendor. He was able to restore the stone to its original look and made our grout look brand new.
The owner was easy to work with in completing the job in a number of overnights to avoid the heavy volume of our hotel with little to no issues for our guests. Since original service he has been completing monthly refreshes and works with our time restrictions on the overnight.
There was 1 instance where I was not happy with the technicians work that was completed during a monthly visit and I immediately called the owner. He answered my call right away, listened to my concerns, came personally to review, and rescheduled his tech the following week without additional charge. I think that goes a long way when conducting business... To do the right thing and Sir Grout understands this is important.
After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tyler were AWESOME to work with. They were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop throughout. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being performed in an efficient and timely manner. The floors were all beautiful for the Holidays and many visitors. We can't thank them enough!
Chris did an awesome job at my house I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is thinking about using Sir Grout and will be giving them a call again in the future.
