I had a medium sized standing shower cleaned and sealed and the floor of the bathroom. TJ was excellent! He took his time and was meticulous in his efforts. The end result is so well done. From sales to execution I highly recommend this team.
My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a paint sealer.
The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to following up, they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Fixed cracked grout in our master bath and looks like new. Juan completed the job but Brian was quick to provide a quote and quick follow up. Highly recommend.
I was able to get a prompt appointment for an estimate for the repair, cleaning and sealing of our kitchen floor tile on Monday Dec 9 and my cleaning was scheduled for Wednesday Dec 11. The crew of Marlon and Ed arrived on time and completed the job in a courteous good and workmanlike manner. Floor looks brand new! Thanks, guys!
We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.
Wow! What a difference on our shower floor. Chris was excellent and the shower floor came out exactly as Chris told us. Chris was clean, efficient and quick. We are extremely happy with the results. Kudos to Chris and Sir Grout!!

Excellent service!! Tech, Xavier, arrived on time ready to work! He took the time to explain to process that was use to restore our shower wall and floor, gave us an estimated completion time and everything went perfect. Sir Grout provides a great service and I highly recommend them.
