I can't say enough positive things about the service I received including 1) Courteous and professional staff, 2) Excellent explanation of the process and post-project maintenance, 3) Daily communications with the general manager (Chris Allen) on project status and timing, and 4) Beautifully completed work project. Chris took on a challenging project (cleaning/sealing floors, bathroom; cleaning and sealing outdoor saltillo tile). There were a few unexpected issues owing to older home materials and stubborn prior sealant, but both Chris and Bob Neal remained helpful and problem-solving throughout. They were more than accommodating at every step to ensure 100% satisfaction and to help me get everything completed before a family event and some other planned construction. I carry their cards with me and recommending them to my co-workers and friends. My bathroom tile was a mess. These guys saved me from installing a new bathroom. Excellent results.
Charles did a fabulous job cleaning and color sealing my kitchen floor as well as my master bathroom. The shower needed lots of extra attention. My floors and bathroom look like they are brand new! I can't believe that after 11 years of wear and tear they could look so good. I was very impressed with Charles! He was extremely polite and professional. His diligent work ethic and his attention to detail was exquisite. He was so easy to work with and so helpful especially when it came to choosing colors. Gary was also so nice to work with and very helpful when it came to educating me on the process of what needed to be done to complete the project. Sir Grout was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their services.
I would highly recommend Sir Grout. From beginning to end (near-end because we're getting them back!) it was a good experience. Our shower looks better than we've ever seen it. Cole was very patient and thorough, answering many questions (sometimes more than once), and his work was superb. Price was definitely fair, too.

Ann was very responsive and was fun to work with. She came out to our house and came up with a great solution for some much needed grout removal and repair. In the end we decided to remodel the entire bathroom. We will use Ann in the future for grout cleaning and maintenance. She really knows her stuff and is so very nice.
We are extremely pleased with the results of Sir Grout's work. The floors that we had done look brand new. We were especially pleased with Carlos Gonzalez and his partner. They were friendly and polite. They finished early and cleaned everything up. We couldn't be more pleased, and we highly recommend Sir Grout!
Brian from Sir Grout is the absolute best! He took our travertine stone and grout from dingy and dirty to fabulous...how they looked when they were brand new! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We have used other companies in the past to clean our travertine but there is no comparison whatsoever! Mike was in time for both the initial estimate for the work as well as when he came to complete the work. He did an outstanding job, and my floor and shower look brand new again! Can't thank him enough for the quality work and guidance on maintenance.
