I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we are with the service and the results of our floor. Jim went above and beyond the call of duty to make this all happen. We had many obstacles to deal with in terms of me being out of town and a short deadline. He not only worked around some creative ways to help resolve some touch issues, but he even made a follow-up visit so we could finally meet in person. Great guy and great company with high standards and excellent service!
Tech did a fantastic job, floors look brand new! Well worth it! Also, tech took care to do the job quickly and with care.

Amazing work on our shower, looks brand new. TJ was thorough and helpful. Explained the whole process to us and how to clean/maintain the shower and went above and beyond to get everything in top shape. Best of all, he didn't leave a mess for us to clean up after (unlike everyone else who has done work on our home). Will be contacting again for all future tile needs!
I had Sir Grout of Bucks County clean my walk in shower/replace and clean the grout. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because I never expected it to look like new again. Corey was extremely prompt in following up on my request for an estimate. He was very thorough in telling me what needed to be done. They even cleaned the glass shower door. The grout they chose matches the tiles perfectly, even better than what we had before. The two workers who came to the house were very professional and friendly. Shoes came off at the front door, I cleaned up nothing when they left, they took care of cleaning up after themselves. Were they more expensive than other quotes, yes. Do I regret paying more, NO. I won't hesitate to bring them back if I need more work done.
Our shower was pretty bad. It was moldy and leaking into the unit downstairs. They did a fantastic job, the leaks were sealed and now it looks fantastic. The work was done as scheduled and on time.
The workers were on time, nice, and got the work done in the time estimated.
Sir grout repaired the grout in my master shower and retained the grout in our guest bathroom. Everyone was very professional, nice and did a great job. They came when they said, even worked it out that I could leave earlier than requested so I could get to an important appointment. All the work looks great. I would use them again.
The crew came in and did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing our slate floor. It looks like new!
