Whole process, from initial estimate to job completion, was excellent, very professional. The Owner provided a detailed estimate, pricing of each work item and explaining options. Crew came on morning scheduled and completed job very efficiently. Crew of 3 guys came, the technicians were all hard workers and did immaculate, professional work. For the grout issue on my kitchen floor, They thoroughly cleaned whole floor, dried it and applied a matching grout finish as an overlay to the existing grout, filling in a couple grout holes as needed. They then applied a sealant to entire floor surface, which will make regular cleanings easier. We were also very pleased with the work in each bathroom by Them. They used an epoxy grout around shower perimeter in master and the tub in 2nd bath. Both were steam cleaned prior and now look like new. After the guys finished up, you'd never know they were there, except for the beautiful work left behind. If I ever need a professional for this type of work in future, I would not hesitate to use Sir Grout.
They did an outstanding job. The technician first replaced the tiles, and did his best to minimize the dust, The floors look brand new. The slate has new life. We are very pleased with the results.

I hired Sir Grout after I saw their flyer ad/coupon but was hesitant at first because the name seemed a bit unusual. I decided to give a call, so the owner came over for my estimate and was so willing to work with me because I am very particular but he was not bothered by any of my questions, demands and additional grout services needed at the edge of all my baseboards and even my granite counter back splash. I ended up scheduling their services this week!
Brady arrived promptly and was very professional and knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to get done! I was worried about my new carpet so he covered and taped off all the areas needed. The technician also assisted and what great Teamwork! My travertine floors look amazing and I can see my reflection in them. Thank you for you hard work and dedication in satisfying your customers!
This was my first time using Sir Grout and I was very pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I called for someone to give me an estimate they were very friendly and prompt. When they came to do the work, they were on time and did a great job. I will use them again in the future if needed and will refer friends and family.
I was about to replace my kitchen floor when I received an ad for Sir Grout. Thinking it was worth it just to get an estimate I was more than pleased with the sales rep. The technician's explanation of what they could and when! We not only had our floor cleaned, we also had the grout recolored and sealed. It looks like a brand new floor at 80% less than the cost of the new floor would have been. He was professional, courteous and did an excellent job! I cannot say enough good things about this company.
Sir Grout renovated two bathrooms for us in a 28 years old home. From the time of the estimate until the work was done we were so happy with what they did. Our baths look like new!
All I can say is WOW! The owner and the technician cleaned all the mold lurking behind the caulk in our master shower stall last summer. They repaired cracks, applied new grout where needed and sealer. No more mold and it looks great. Customer service and follow-up is fantastic.

Very professional. Not only were they on time, but they went above and beyond to fix some of the more damaged areas in my bathrooms. What originally, I thought was grout, turned out to be shower sealant of some sort. This ended up letting water get behind the tiles and into the wall. They scraped everything off and grouted it to match the rest of the bathroom. They were also able to remove mold that had seeped into one of the grout lines in the tile floor. Would highly recommend these guys.
