I'm back again with another 10-star review! Ulysses was back last week to work his magic in both of our bathrooms, and we are thrilled with the results! The bathrooms are each over 25 years old and have been well-lived in. They look refreshed and new now! Ulysses' attention to detail was amazing. He truly cared about the results and made some thoughtful suggestions along the way that greatly enhanced the end results.

Sir Grout Tustin sent professional young men who were very attentive to detail and did an excellent job! We had 1 shower just resealed, 1 shower had the edge grout replaced with their special resin that perfectly matched the rest of the grout, and the third shower had a chipped tile re-colored and matched perfectly!

Andrew is one of the most professional and articulate workers I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he do a super job on our shower, but my wife and I feel we have made a new friend. We feel he deserves a future raise, and we truly wish there were more young men like Andrew... Thanks to Andrew, we don't say "yuk" when we walk in our bathroom and see the shower. Instead it's a pleasant sight now!

I would like to thank Renzo of Sir Grout Orlando for sending Jose, technician, for a masterful job he did on the limestone floor in the kitchen and master bath. The stone had to be honed and then polished. I choose a satin finish. Jose was very diligent in his work, seeing that all surfaces were restored to a beautiful finish. Jose was able to remove deep stains that I could not with any type of cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The floors are so much better now than when the original tile was installed. Thank you Sir Grout!
My two bathroom floors needed a deep cleaning, with the grout needing a major refresh. Although in the past, I did this myself, my knees can no longer take the stress. Sir Grout in one day, deep cleaned the tiles, re-grouted where needed and touched up the painted grout lines. The floors look like new. Great job!

Sir Grout Sarasota did an amazing job! They cleaned, recolored and double-sealed the grout in our tile throughout the house. The team was very thorough, professional and courteous.
