We had a great experience with Sir Grout. Jeff was very helpful and gave us detailed information about what needed to be done for our bathroom, and Donald did an excellent job. We are very happy with the finished result.
Omar came out to clean our ceramic tile and grout. He also tinted and sealed the grout. My floors look amazing! Then Zach came out the following day to so some caulking. Another great job! Both men were timely, friendly, professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with the cost of this huge job and the beautiful results!

We just had sir grout treat the travertine tiles in our kitchen and three bathrooms by cleaning and applying color seal to the grout lines. The technicians, Romeo and Leo, were outstanding. Truly a pleasure to have them working in our home. And the results look too good to be true!
We have a troublesome shower that we had treated with other methods in the past. I was anxious to see if Sir Grout's work would finally fix the issues with that tile. And, on day one after the work, I can say I am 100% satisfied! I will come back and change this review if it doesn't look the same in a few months. ;-)

After noticing some discoloration/staining in the grout and caulk on our fully tiled master shower, we called Sir Grout Crystal Coast. The owner, Joe, came to the consult, assessed the situation and gave us a few options. He explained how each one would fix the underlying issue and what it would do aesthetically.
Brandon and Jeremy showed up on time, went over the process step by step, and got to work. They were detail oriented and meticulous, while also finishing ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the end result and will be recommending them to anyone in need.

I recommend Sir Grout services. We have Vermont slate quarry tile, which we wanted cleaned and sealed. Ted and associate came to our home twice to assess what could be done without using harsh chemical application per our request, then Jordan did our floors. He was thorough, thoughtful, and pleasant. He also helped to move the furniture.
The process was not rushed and care was taken. Ted came after the work was completed. Both Ted and Jordan answered questions of concern to maintain the slate floors appearance. Very helpful and pleased with the work. Feel this company is well run and trustworthy.
