The guys performed excellent work. I would recommend the color seal vs the clear seal. We used the clear seal first, and it did not work well on our floors , we have very light gray tile and grout. The color seal was more expensive, but worth it as our tile floors look brand new.
They did a great job. Excellent work for a fair price. The technician showed up on time and after a quick review of the job went to work removing the old caulk. He showed me that it wet behind the caulk and the best way to fix it would be to use an epoxy grout rather than the standard caulk. I thought here comes the big upcharge - but after a short call to his manager he told me that he wanted the job done right and approved the epoxy at no additional charge. Mixing the epoxy and installing added at least 1 or 2 hours to the job. It looks great - it was a perfect match and installation. I give them 5 stars and would recommend without hesitation.
Restoration of our travertine stone kitchen floor was nothing short of amazing. We thought we would have to replace this ten year old surface, but the owner worked his magic and our floor looks like new!! He honed and polished to perfection and treated the grout lines to an original finish. In addition to great craftsmanship, he brings knowledge, detailed attention, timeliness and reliability to his work. Ask him to show you our before and after photos. We are very satisfied with Sir Grout's service. Our bathroom and kitchen counter never looked so good! We initially thought our bathroom was a total wreck but our technician fixed the grout and bathroom tiles. At the end, our bathroom looks almost brand new. We couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond in making sure everything looks good. He also gave us care instructions and touch up materials. He demonstrated excellent craftsmanship and was very professional. The owner also followed up with us after the service was done. Great service. Highly recommend.
We had our service man seal our kitchen granite. He was professional. polite and explained the process to me. He protected everything that needed protecting and cleaned up when he was done.
After dealing with a few contractors who were unable to help me with some issues with my shower tile, I contacted Sir Grout. The owner thoroughly explained how he would deal with the issue and went over the pricing with me. When he assured me that he would be the one doing the work, I was convinced that I had chosen the right contractor. He came out on Monday and did an excellent job refreshing the tile. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Sir Grout.
It went great. The process went exactly as the owner described; there were no surprises. The technician who did the work was amazing. He was pleasant and friendly, not creepy like some strangers you have coming into your house to do work. I hope next time we use Sir Grout we will get him again. And the difference is huge! It looks so much better now! I would definitely call them again next time I need grout work done, and am already looking around at other tile in the house with critical eyes thinking their time is coming soon!
