The job was beautiful. On close inspection, we found several small gaps that would eventually result in mold buildup. We asked Rod to take a look at it. Rather than sending the worker back, Rod came himself and took care of the problem. We are totally satisfied with the job and would hire Sir Grout again!
The initial contact was made by Eddie, what I appreciated was his "no sell approach" The team that showed to do our floors were courteous, accommodating, and most of all very efficient. They did a top notch job.
These guys were great. Very easy to talk to on the consultation both on-phone and in person. They didn't pressure me into re-doing stuff that could wait, like my porch. We recently bought a house and the bathroom really need a grout job, though. They worked with my schedule and did a fantastic job. I'm super happy with how the bathroom looks now.
Definitely not the cheapest option, but very professional. Did great work and they made sure that I liked the colors before they grouted the whole bathroom.
The project went very well and the results are outstanding. The 30-year old tile floor looks brand new!!
We highly recommend Sir Grout. From the very beginning, John was very polite and thoroughly walked us through the whole process explaining the chemical balance of the cleaners they use to how they scrub and color seal the grout. Zach and Ricky showed up on time and were engaging and polite. They exceeded expectations and Zach even accommodated our need to come back to complete sealing our shower grout and tile as our remodel had not yet been complete.

From the estimate visit through the completion of work my experience with Chris and Sir Grout was excellent. Chris was professional and courteous, and explained all the options in detail, and I had a quote before he left. My house was new construction, meaning large expenses such as refrigerator, washer/dryer, blinds, etc, so I had to try and manage all my spend. Chris reworked the quote for me twice over the span of a few days by adjusting the different sealant options until we got to a number that fit within my budget. When Chris and his technician arrived, they put down drop cloths to protect the wood floor, and were clean and tidy. They did a thorough job on the application, explained things as they went along, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. You can tell this is Chris's profession, and he is at the top of it. I highly recommend Chris and Sir Grout.
Very professional from start to finish. Jim made my tile floors look new again, what more could you ask for? BTW, the grout color service is worth every penny!
Michael was super knowledgeable and friendly. I am very pleased with my restored master bath. Thinking about finishing the rest of the house when taxes come in!!!
