I was very skeptical this could be done! I hated the white grout we used on our bathroom and kitchen flooring because it was impossible to clean. It always looked dirty. I had wanted to change the grout color for years but was worried the process would cause more issues to the areas. Sir grout color sealed both spaces with the perfect grey color to compliment the tiles and it looks great! Our tech went above and beyond to make sure it looked good. He was wonderful to work with as was our sales rep.
Very professional group, from the operator, the manager and the gentleman who did the work. He was on time and worked on his hands and knees literally for 4 hours or so. I had pulled up a floor and found original tile to when the house was built but the adhesive was everywhere! He was able to remove and clean and color the grout. It looks wonderful.
Can not say enough great things about the owner and his knowledge and work ethic. He was on time both days, super organized, explained every step of his process to clean, repair, refinish grout lines and then seal our floor. It is more fabulous now then when it was new. Highly recommend and will use again in the future for other rooms in our house.
I write to commend Sir Grout on the outstanding work done in our master bathroom. The quote for the work was detailed and very reasonable. There was no pressure to make a sale. The technician arrived on time and put a lot of hard work in. He was courteous and professional. He explained the process and answered any questions I had. The tile in the shower, and the floor tile look brand new. My wife was completely surprised at the transformation. Thanks for a job well done.
Kitchen floor tile was cleaned and re-grout. The floor was brought back to life after serious neglect by the former owner.
They did a great job. My floors look like new again. The guys were courteous and professional. They moved the heavy furniture to clean, then put it back in the right spot. I would definitely recommend them to others.
