Sir Grout cleaned and color sealed the grout in my kitchen and two bathrooms. They worked quickly and were extremely professional. Before they came I had tried everything to restore the grout to its original color but had no success. My floors now look brand new!
Scott Odom was professional, on-time, and very detailed oriented. He over delivered, doing some extra grout restoration and silicone sealing for us at no cost. Sir Grout was recommended to us by our contractor. We were getting our property ready to sell and my only regret is not doing the work to our bathroom so we could have enjoyed it ourselves. Process started with Ann who was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and realistic on what needed to be done. The tech who did the work was great. He arrived on time and went right to work. The end product was amazing. Going to get an estimate on sealing the bathrooms at our new place.
The Team at Sir Grout showed up and bid the job to re do our grout in the master bathroom. Tim was very throw in the estimate was fair for the work to be done. They also have coupons from time to time so check and see if you get some sort of discount with the coupons that always helps. Carlos was the technician that was dispatched to do the job, days later he showed up clean friendly and explain what he was going to do thoroughly and proceeded to do the work. The shower looked fantastic the tile in the bathroom looks great we stayed out of the master bath for the three days as requested to let everything dry and we have a great-looking bathroom and shower thanks to Carlos and the team at Sir Grout. We had a bit of an issue a week or so later, made a phone call and Carlos called me set up a time, came back and did some touch up work. This is a sign of a good company when you have an issue and they stand behind it come back and take care of it. Hats off to the team and I highly recommend them for all your tile cleaning and sealing.
We are very happy with the work that was done. Mark explained everything and D'Andrea was neat and very professional. The floors were done right before the holidays and everyone who came to our house noticed it right away, both kitchen and bathroom. Definitely would recommend them which I already have to friends!
The marble floor in our kitchen is pretty dirty. Our kitchen is a high-traffic area and it just attracts dirt. We gave the Sir Grout guys a shot and they did a great job. Setting up the estimate was easy and the guys were out to clean a few days later. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend.
We had contacted Sir Grout about cleaning and sealing tile and grout that had been flooded due to Irma. In SWFL every contractor is working overtime to catch up since the storm and has a 2-3 week waiting list. Sir Grout was able to meet me 3 days after I called and within 2 days the technicians were doing what they do best. 24 hours later we had a floor that looked better than new. Sir Grout did a good job in our office lobby. The stone marble was dull and they worked their magic to make it shine again. The technician also gave us care instructions. We recommend without reservations.
Purchased a home in Nashville area with a large master bathroom with beautiful stone work that needed a refresh. Sir Grout worked their magic on the marble floor, counters and shower stonework. When Sir Grout finished the stonework was fully restored and looking great! Reliable and excellent work.
I made an appointment with the owner who worked with me on what I was trying to accomplish in the short term as well as suggestions on what would really make the floors look great in the future. I have to say, I am very happy with the outcome. I had the tiles in our shower cleaned and color-sealed and they really look brand new again. Later on, I may have this done in the rest of the house however for this visit he cleaned and re-sealed the rest of the tiles so everything looks shiny again, just in time for our Holiday visitors.
