They made my tile counter top look like new! They replaced chipped and cracked tiles, regrouted and sealed. I had a minor complaint with a couple of spots of grouting and they came right back to fix them. Friendly, professional, efficient service from the gal who answered the phone to the owner and tech who came out!

I have been using Sir Grout for a couple of years and they do fantastic work!! They are professional, punctual and thorough. I had my initial deep clean for my tile throughout my house and now I get a call every year to remind me about the annual maintenance. It is affordable and more importantly, I don't have to clean it myself!!! LOL Love watching the guys clean my floors!! I would highly recommend their services. I just had them clean and seal the grout in my tile shower!! They did an awesome job!! Thanks to Brian and his team of professional workers!! Oh yeah and they are always polite and respectful!!

We moved into a house with a lot of marble in our foyer and master bathroom. Dan and his crew were amazing. It was a very large job. They had to get rid of the scratches on the marble and had to grout everything. They were extremely meticulous in what they were doing and because some of it was in high traffic areas, we had to stage the job. They took great detail and time to get the job done right. Even after the job was done, they came back as many times as necessary to make sure that we were extremely satisfied.

We contacted Sir Grout for an estimate on cleaning / recoloring grout in 3 bathrooms. They arrived on time and gave a clear explanation of their process. We were able to schedule an appointment 3 days later. Our technician, arrived on time and went right to work. He was professional and careful in his work. Our grout looks like new! In my experience, Sir Grout did a much better job than a steam-cleaning company. Highly recommended!
This past Friday, July 22nd, was a wonderful day thanks to Sir Grout! We wanted to share our story so others may choose this company for future reference. My husband and I have tile flooring throughout our home, excluding the bedrooms. Immediately after purchasing our place we sealed, with our hands on our knees, all the tile grout lines and kept cleaning them. The dirt still accumulated and grew increasingly deep within the grout. So, we scheduled an appointment with Brian, a representative from Sir Grout, who successfully convinced us with a visual demonstration to try their product and process. To our amazement, a very difficult job was performed by Chuck and Angel who did excellent and outstanding work on all our tile flooring. They went above and way beyond serving us in every aspect. I specifically appreciated Chuck touching up and repeating efforts in one area of the kitchen which was caused be an appliance vendor. It truly made a difference and says so much about his desire for customer satisfaction. Everyone on the staff was friendly, courteous, and genuine in wanting to help us. From our experience, we most highly recommend them!
Earlier this week, the lead service technician, spent the entire day working in our rather large master bathroom and it looks fantastic! There is extensive tile on the floor, around the tub and wall behind it, and in the walk-in shower. He repaired some tiny cracks and loose tiles, deep cleaned everything, and color matched all the grout (which varied slightly in color due to various renovations and wear over the years). In addition to his quality work, he was very nice and professional. He called to say he was running a bit late due to traffic, consulted with me on every little decision, kept me informed throughout the day, and left the bathroom spotless. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Sir Grout, and especially the tech!!
Seriously, there is no better company in Singapore to get help from when it comes to marble flooring.
Moving into a new rental landed property on the West Coast we had major issues with the flooring and the landlord was mucking us about. Without the facts and expertise from Sir Grout issues with the floor may have cost us a small fortune later in our lease (a ticking time bomb flooring wise).
Sir Grout was always lightning fast at replying to our emails and SMS. They also bent over backwards to fit in with our limited property access times/dates (my wife and I both work full time) for the inspection (measure and quote). When they visited the site she was clearly incredibly knowledgeable about flooring and she was honest about what was possible.
She could have told us anything and we would have done it and paid quite a bit, but being honest meant Sir Grout didn't make a cent. To manage the dodgy landlord, they wrote a comprehensive report (for free!) which we will use to protect us against any unreasonable claims by the landlord in future.
You cant go wrong with Sir Grout. You might save a few bucks with another flooring company but I promise you it will be false economy and not as good a service experience. Thanks Sir Grout - you have an awesome customer service ethos and a high value approach. Best Wishes!
