Karl and PJ did an exceptional job on my two +50-year-old bathrooms. Fabulous facelifts. They were punctual and keen to detail, explaining everything beforehand and making changes to the original plan. Everything was left clean. We were so pleased with the job they did.
We are humans and can miss things. When I contacted Karl about a few missed areas, he came the next day and cheerfully corrected the missed places. He even checked the other bathroom, although I said it was fine. I was also impressed with the time they took regarding upkeep and how I can maintain the look. They stand behind their workmanship and want your tile and grout to last decades if maintained properly.

Wow! What a great experience I just had with Sir Grout! Andrew came exactly when I was told he would come, he explained each and every step of the process to me, and then he did the most beautiful job on my rather-neglected master shower! Plus, he's a lovely young man and was a pleasure to talk with. I can't recommend this company, and especially Andrew, any more enthusiastically. This is a no-brainer if you need any tile/grout work!
