The work provided was excellent, Eddie did an amazing job and was very respectful and courteous as well. I will definitely use Sir Grout for any additional grout/caulking needs!
Dave did an excellent job to regrout my glass tile shower completely, and cleaned, sealed the shower floor. Sir Grout uses high quality Epoxy grout and Sealant from Europe. Highly recommended.
Needed a couple of bathroom countertops refurbished and I've never used this type of service before. Both countertops were badly worn over 20 years of use and it was either refurbish or replace. One countertop is marble and the other is travertine. Sir Grout came in and provided their advice and recommendations and gave me confidence they could restore the countertops for a fraction of what I would have paid to replace them. The results were amazing!
The travertine looks brand new, nicely polished and I'm thrilled. The marble was also a good improvement but, around one of the taps, had some rust stains which could not be removed (and they advised me that would be the case) and which I was prepared to live with. Overall, I was pleased with the outcome. Both counters look great and I would highly recommend Sir Grout. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I'll definitely use them again.
We did not end up needing their service. However, I was very impressed with Tim. He came to look at our shower, which was in terrible shape with mildew/mold. He gave some tips on what we could try to clean with first. It ended up getting the entire shower looking new and saving us a ton of money. His honesty and professionalism are top-notch, especially when other companies quoted us higher amounts and would have taken our money. I would definitely recommend looking into Sir Grout Westchester if you need this type of service and giving Tim a chance to earn your business.
Shannon was exceptional in her friendly, professional approach. She consistently paid attention to detail and was very timely in keeping us informed about scheduling and the follow-up care of our tile and grout sealant. She will treat your home with care and pride as if it were her own!

Meeko did wonderful work coloring and sealing our grout. My mother couldn't be happier. The tile and grout are like brand new after years of dogs and human feet tracking through. Creamy tan tile with a slightly whiter finish. Looks great.

I am a bit OCD and never satisfied short of perfection; I called Mark at Sir Grout and sent him pics; response "I cant take your money; marble looks great talk about a stand up guy! The team was great! My husband and I interviewed 5 vendors and Sir Grout was the best by far. The owner Tim was very knowledgeable about the process of cleaning and recoloring our grout as well as providing instructions for future cleanings which I was not aware of. Now for the team that did the actual work - Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar, all did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, fully explained their process, reviewed each room with me as they started, and completed the process. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable! They did every room in my house including the bathrooms and I never felt that we were being rushed through the process. If you can't tell by now, I think that Sir Grout did an excellent job and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Again thanks to the team, Kevin, Chris, Nico, and Inar!
Oh, I forgot they helped us rearrange our furniture (different from what it originally was), which was a huge help, as we are retired and the furniture was quite heavy👌🏼, so again super job!
