We had a wonderful experience with Chris and Jimmy at Sir Grout. They replaced the caulk around our bathtub and cleaned the tiles and grout around it too. We originally had white caulk connecting the gray wall tiles in the corners. Chris asked whether we wanted to replace that with gray caulk. We had never thought of that before, and it looks so amazing now!
Jimmy also did a great job cleaning the mold and mildew that had formed in the grout and caulk. It turns out the previous owner had just caulked over instead of replacing the previous caulk, so Jimmy had to remove 2 layers. Our tub/shower is now sparkling clean, and we'll definitely use Sir Grout in the future when the time comes again.
My tile floors in the kitchen and living room were in bad need of a cleaning. The grout lines in the kitchen especially were black. Tatiana came to my apt to give me an estimate and explain the process. Showed me the difference by applying the color. Alex and his associate cleaned, applied color to every tile line.
We had a great experience working with Sir Grout. Our kitchen tile is a porous white and over time had grout damage and discoloration due to wear and spills throughout. The difference in color after they cleaned the tile, repaired and recolored the grout was unbelievable, they did a fabulous job making the tile look new again. The finish they put on the tile also made the floor much easier to clean, which is a huge bonus with kids! The crew was timely, attentive, and efficient. I could not have been happier with the work. Highly recommend!
Extremely happy with our Sir Grout experience. I moved into an older home recently but didn't want to update the bathrooms right off the bat. I had Sir Grout clean, seal, and epoxy the shower stalls and bathtubs instead and they really brought the tile and old grout back to life. Well priced, incredibly responsive and the technicians were top-shelf. I can highly recommend it.
The experience with the Sir Grout team was excellent from start to finish. The quote process with Ann was easy and efficient, and she was very helpful with my questions. Eddie, Tim & Justin arrived on time. They were also very nice and professional, and they got right to work. They were considerate of our home (not tracking in dirt, etc.), did a beautiful job, and left the spaces immaculate. The phone support I spoke with briefly was also very nice, professional, and helpful. The communication throughout and the results have been excellent. Thank you!
I was frustrated that my marble countertops had stains and the tile in my bathrooms wasn't as pretty as when I installed them. I saw an ad on Instagram and thought I'd give it a try. My expectations have been exceeded and Sir Grout has given my tile and marble countertops new lives. Daniel and Murph did an excellent job. They showed up on time, communicated well, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend it! If you want to give your tile or marble a new lease on life, give these guys a call!
Tim did an amazing job restoring our stone shower. We moved into our home a couple of years ago and recently began to notice that we could not get the shower walls or floor really clean. Tim came to the house, inspected the shower, and let us know what work he would do to restore the shower. He did a beautiful, careful job, and told us exactly what to do to keep the shower in great condition. My husband and I highly recommend Tim.
We had a contractor that made a mess of our new bathroom floors leaving a lot of grout haze. Kevin went above and beyond to help us clean up the haze before sealing. Just exceptional service!
We highly recommend Sir Grout and Scott's entire team for tile and grout cleaning and restoration. Our shower in the master bath and tile in the laundry room look like they did when they were first done ten years ago. They also told us how to maintain our tile & grout and avoid abrasive/acidic cleaners that break down sealers and grout.
The team at Sir Grout did a great job from my initial call to them to walking us through the process to the actual work being done. On the day the job was executed and completed the men walked my dad and I through the details and allowed us to make color decisions on protecting the grout.
