I recently had work completed by Sir Grout on a bathroom. The work involved cleaning, repairing, and sealing the grout around the ceramic tile floor. The initial meeting I had with Ari, manager of Sir Grout opened my eyes as to products that I can use to protect the grout from deterioration and preservation of its appearance. He also carefully reviewed what needed to be done to restore its original beauty. He was thorough in his explanation and answered all questions. The work he completed was done beyond expectations. He was careful to complete all the tasks promised. I couldn't be happier with the results and I am extremely grateful for the excellent care taken to ensure a job well done!
Our house is just over a year old. We originally contacted Sir Grout as our kitchen's island granite was rough, feeling as if it wasn't polished and sealed. The owner, Joe, showed us how to clean and razor scrape the granite, which brought out the smooth, polish look that we wanted. Turns out there was just a stubborn residue. We decided to have the entire master bathroom's grout sealed with a colored grout sealant, along with the entire shower floor sealed. It was a big job. Most of the work was done in one day. Only touch up was needed the second day. The owner Joe and his staff are polite, honest and did a great job.
Great company performing a perfect service. Cole provided an explanation of the process and a quote. After understanding what had to be done, we accepted the contract. Compared to remodeling, the cost was worth it! Cole did a fantastic job and when completed it was perfect, just like new! Cole and Sir Grout, thank you.
Andrew spent more than 9 hours working on the tile in our home. He did everything he could to satisfy us. He is a kind, personable young man who's devoted to his job. He is responsible and conscientious; and follows protocol. It was a pleasure having Andrew in our home working. Andrew actually said, "I love my job"! I can't recall the last time an employee complimented his job and boss in this manner. Thank you Sir Grout for completing the job as promised!
We interviewed several vendors to regrout our shower and bathroom floor. Kevin provided a clear, comprehensive estimate that helped us make our selection. Kevin and Kelly worked hard to thoroughly clean the shower walls and floor and bathroom floor. The shower floor was regrouted with a new color and sealed. The bathroom floor was regrouted with a matching color. Everything turned out beautifully! The shower floor looks brand new, we had originally thought it would have to be replaced.
Huge thanks to Kevin and Kelly for the excellent workmanship and attention to detail. We would definitely use them again!
