I was very impressed with Sir Grout and particularly Rod. Very professional, courteous and friendly. The floors came out looking beautiful!! He explained throughout the process what he was going to do, and I am so happy with the results! Also texted that he was going to be there 15 minutes later than the appointment time... That is very rare! Highly recommend Sir Grout!

We just bought a condo and were considering re-doing our master shower. It was really in a bad state. So we called Sir Grout and a couple of other companies to come in and give estimates. Tim came in and explained what needed to be done. No pressure selling, just the facts on what they could do. He was also competitively priced. We chose them and man are we glad we did. He sent Ainier... This guy is an artist. His attention to detail, and I mean EVERY detail, is phenomenal. He fixed things we did not even know were there. He took his time and got the job done. He was on time and said he would be done by 4 PM. He was at the door with all his equipment ready to accept payment at 4 as promised. From what the shower was to what it is now is a sight to see. We are SO happy with Sir Grout that we contracted them to do our tiles as well. 5 Stars to this Team!
We are pleased with the results of our main bathroom, guest bathroom, foyer, and kitchen floors. Steve and Jason did a thorough job and now our tile floors look brand new after being cleaned and sealed. Amazing!
Manny is the most professional, polite, skilled craftsman out there! He completely restored all of my bathrooms to better than new condition. One of which was all marble and extremely hard to find someone with the expertise to work on. I cannot recommend him enough!
