Chris W - the owner - gave us an estimate for cleaning ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen floor and two bathrooms. The work included deep cleaning of all these surfaces, clear sealing the grout in many places; color sealing in others and caulking all vertical seams. An old shower rod was removed and replaced. Slip resistant coating was applied to the tub. Wooden banisters and sides of stair treads were cleaned and polished.
While our tiles were not in terrible shape, they bore the wear of over 30 years. Despite dedicated cleaning efforts in the bathroom tub, mold will (and does) eat at grout and become visible. Our tile and grout are now spotless - and I mean spotless. The before/after pictures are on target. I had been thinking of regrouting the tile, but Sir Grout's methods made this completely unnecessary.
Chris W was very straightforward about whether Sir Grout's methods would improve our wooden floors. He felt there was too much wear for his method to make us happy. A light cleaning of the areas (mostly at doorways) really helped. The banisters and stair treads (on either side of the carpet runner) have more luster. I appreciated Chris' honesty about the match between his methods and our needs. We saved money; he saved time and made me feel confident about his opinions.
The slip resistant product is a delightful addition - no more funny rubber mats or decals. Chris' estimates are very detailed. They tell you everything that will be done in clear and direct language. This is very helpful in keeping communications clear. Chris and Sir Grout techs were prompt in arrival, diligent in their work, and a pleasure to work with. They left all work areas very clean. I've already recommended Sir Grout to some friends and would be very happy to work with them again

After 10 years of heavy use, our shower enclosure was in need of either replacement or a professional cleaning. After reviewing our options, we decided to go with the proposal submitted by Chris Wyand and Sir Grout.
On the scheduled day of the work, both Chris and the technician arrived on time and began the process of prepping the enclosure as a first step in the cleaning process. During this prep work, it was discovered that a previous contractor we brought in several years ago to re-grout the enclosure had in fact applied caulk and not grout in the enclosure. Despite the extra work and time the caulk removal added to the project, Sir Grout honored the terms of the quote they provided in their proposal.
Upon completion of the work, the bathroom area was thoroughly cleaned and left spotless.
As for the enclosure itself, the final results were amazing. The tiles and floor looked like they did ten years ago.
We have used the enclosure for over a week now, and have just applied the cleaning solution given to us by Sir Grout for future maintenance. We can see the difference in this application versus the over the counter cleaning products we used in the past, and will be following the cleaning instructions given to us by Chris.

We hired Sir Grout to clean a heavily stained white grout in our shower and on our bathroom floor. What was once dark and stained became bright white. It really is amazing and looks great. Our shower floor is about 20 square feet of 1" mosaic marble and there are a lot of grout lines. Every line is still shining brightly five weeks later and we enjoy seeing it every morning after years of stains. We did the grout cleaning and sealing on the marble floor of our downstairs bathroom that gets the most traffic and also has white grout. The old dirty grout became bright white there too. What a nice change! We also had them put a slip resistant application on the floor of our fiberglass tub in another bathroom which allowed us to toss the gross bath mat we had been using there. It has worked great for adults and little kids. Very nice change and it feels very reassuring. Chris (the owner) was really professional from start to finish. He even offered to seal our marble vanity tops for free while he was in the bathrooms. Nice touch. Member Comments: All in all we had a great experience. Chris and the tech that came with him were punctual and professional throughout. We were glad we had the enhancements done to our bathrooms and would use Sir Grout again.

I was helping my wife out on Thursday using the vacuum to clean the floors and I noticed how awesome the tile floors look even though it has been four years since Sir Grout cleaned, colored and resealed our tile floors. Our back hall from the garage, the kitchen and the down stairs powder room all receive a tremendous amount of traffic yet still the grout lines are clean. I have to admit, four years ago I was a bit skeptical, however, I trusted your integrity and hired Sir Grout. I am in the building trade and know what the cost would be to tear up an entire tile floor, repair the area for the new tile and then install an entire new sub floor and new tile. If a home owner still likes their current tile and it is good repair, a cleaning, coloring, and sealing by Sir Grout is the only way to go. The cost savings is incredible, and the end result is a floor that looks brand new. Heck one can change the grout color thus allowing the homeowner to redecorate the room or area that has tile. It is important to emphasize here that after Sir Grout leaves a home that the home owner use the cleaner that Sir Grout recommends. My wife and I are still very pleased after four years, and recommend Sir Grout to our friends, business associates, and clients.

I thought that Sir Grout might be the answer to my prayer when the coupon fell out of the envelope and it was just what I'd been thinking of doing in my master bathroom but didn't know who in the world to call! I am so pleased with the results that yes, my prayer was answered that day. After 25 years with all white tile around the tub & floor, mildew & mold were showing up everywhere and who knew what the original color of the floor tile grout had been - I saw at least 3 different shades of something! Now it looks absolutely brand new, clean and fresh. My technician Chris was wonderful, explaining all the processes to me as he went along and even gave me some interesting tips on growing tomatoes - best of all, my two dogs loved him! I am very very please with the whole experience - my bathroom looks terrific - and I have already recommended your service to three other people.
