Eight months ago, Sir Grout did a terrific job in cleaning the travertine floors throughout my house. They performed exactly as they promised with minimum disruption. Well worth the investment in the floors. Recently a jar of pickles was dropped on the kitchen floor which ruined the floor finish in the area of the spill. Sir Grout quickly returned and restored the finish in that area for a nominal charge. I can't speak highly enough about Scott Odom and his personnel.
