We had a virtual introductory appointment with Patrick. He patiently took the time to understand our concerns with our shower grout without trying to sell us on services. Patrick carefully inspected our grout work, the shower drain and pipe, and the silicone seals around our shower. He helped us come up with the next steps, which involve investigating a potential water leak before doing work on the grout. We were very happy with how the appointment went and would be glad to work with Sir Grout in the future to have our stone shower floor sealed.
I am very pleased with the results of Sir Grout's treatment of my floor tile. I was going to replace it at a huge expense until I saw the results of grout color change, buffing out the old coatings left on the tile and sealing the grout. Looks like a brand new floor.
