The whole experience with Sir Grout Washington DC metro was great. The facetime meeting with Patrick for an estimate and scheduling was awesome, can't thank our technician Ed who came and color sealed grout on our bathroom floor and re-caulked our shower enough! Ed was on time, professional, explained his work process and did great work. Can't thank him enough, would definitely recommend!!
These guys worked very hard to restore our outside saltillo patio that had many coats of old finish and sun damage. They spent the time needed to do it right.

We were shopping around for potential companies to re-grout our tile flooring and shower caulking and Sir Grout had us sold from the minute we met them. Dan did our initial consultation and gave us our estimate and was super friendly and down to earth. He made sure there was always an open line of communication for any questions and concerns we may have had and was very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.
When appointment time came around Amaris and Andrew came to fix up our grouting and shower and they did an excellent job. Amaris shared his experience and knowledge to make sure we picked the perfect grout color and Andrew was super helpful during the whole experience. They also asked if I wanted to do any last minute extra grouting that day while the shower dried, which i'm SO glad they did because I realized after seeing the bathroom floors I needed some other tile grouting done around the house. We love our home and are always hesitant when using new companies however, Sir Grout gave us a great experience and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends, family, and reaching out to them for future services!
The owner was the one who came out to quote the large job I had for them. She worked with me to get the the things done that were important and told me which ones I should hold off on if we wanted to save some money. I am so happy I found them. Jordan was the one who did the work and he was so efficient and friendly. He asked me to look at his work before he was done to make sure he didn't miss anything. I pointed out one little spot and he said he saw that too and was right on top of fixing it. They are coming back to do my other bathroom now. So happy with their work.

I received more than a reasonable quote and he suggested how to keep my glass doors sparkling clean and other products to keep the beauty of my shower lasting. I was very impressed by Sir Grout's service. They responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner and quickly sent someone out to look at what I needed done. This is my second time using Sir Grout. Both experiences with the company were excellent. Both Judi and Marty take the time to go over every detail about what the job requires. The technicians followed through with work completed in a timely manner according to all specifications. My original tile looks brand new in a house built in 1975. I couldn't be more pleased.
