The work done was very good. Huge difference between what our shower was before and how it was left after. However, with our first shower some of the color came off of the floor. I called the service person and never got a response. I then called the office and asked to have the service person contact me about the color issue, again no response. Very disappointed in their response after the work is done.
The technician that arrived on site was very professional and wore his mask the entire time. He took his time and ensured the floor was done correctly. The finished product is great and would recommend to restore your grout back to its original color!
The work far exceeded our expectations. The floors look new, and the grout lines were colored, cleaned and sealed. Great job spiffing up a master bathroom shower and guest house shower. Both have floor-to-ceiling travertine which had not been properly sealed when built. They were able to get them completely clean, new grout and sealed. Both look great now.
Ed did the much needed cleaning of our kitchen tile to help us prepare for selling our home. Our tile had not been cleaned since 2016 but Ed did a superb job cleaning the tile and it almost looks brand new. Ed was on time, courteous, knows his craft and went the extra steps to ensure our tile was perfectly cleaned and sealed. He took the time to explain the process, as well as caring enough to work on even the smallest spots. Because of Ed, one of our moving concerns no longer exists!
