After taking the advice of some friends, who suggested that cleaning the chocolate marble tiles in my shower with a mixture of white vinegar and blue Dawn was the solution to my soap scum woes, I was convinced (by a so-called tile restoration company and an interior designer) that my only solution was to rip out and replace the "ruined" stone($$$$). Luckily, I found Sir Grout! After an easy-peasy virtual estimate with Ann and an in-person inspection by Jasmin, who is nothing less than the Michelangelo of marble, I was hopeful my shower could be restored to its natural luster. The results were nothing sort of miraculous! Every aspect of the work, or more precisely: "artistry", exceeded ALL expectations! I cannot stop beaming from ear-to-ear every time I see my reflection in the gleaming stone!

Our kitchen, laundry room, powder room, entry way tile floor had some damaged tiles, a lot of missing grout and the grout was discolored and looked awful. The tile itself is textured and hard to keep clean. Brian (owner) and Dominic of Sir Grout came, cleaned the floor, replaced the damaged tiles, re-grouted where necessary, and applied a coating that matched the tiles over the grout. Then they applied a sealer to the tile and grout. Hopefully it will be easier to keep clean. The floor never looked better, even when it was brand new. They were professional and hard working. We were very comfortable having these guys in our home. We highly recommend them.
Sir Grout was exceptional. I had a custom built home and had waterfall edges countertops on my kitchen island and the inside edges were not finished. Sir Grout came and honed and polished on site and it now looks fantastic.
