Sir Grout did a great job on my shower and bathroom floor. We had the service provided on a rental unit that we own. The shower was extremely dirty and difficult to get clean. Chris was very easy to work with and answered my numerous questions leading up to the day of the work. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job. We are very pleased with the result. Ethan of Sir Grout Seattle provided an estimate to clean and seal our kitchen and bathroom tile as well as an estimate to replace the grout in our shower. Ethan was professional and very responsive. He assigned our job to Michael. Michael was on time and very professional. He spent 5 hours completing the work. Our kitchen and bathroom tile is spotless and looks fabulous, just like new. Michael did a great job replacing the old shower grout with new epoxy grout that is mildew & stain resistant as well as waterproof. It too, looks great. Sir Grout - Seattle provides excellent quality for a reasonable price.

Sir Grout's service attendant, Xavier Alvarez, was the most professional person we have ever dealt with. He worked non stop from 8:30 until 5:30, and most all he aimed to please. He represents Sir Grout great. The Lord has great plans for this young man.
This service is well worth the cost. Our primary bath shower looks as good as new, since meticulous detail was paid to all aspects of the job. We will be scheduling another service for our guest bath as well!
You don't have a fantastic experience very often when you hire someone. This is the exception. Ken and Joe are the salt of the earth. I begged them to charge me more. (Yes, I actually did). Their product is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about their products and applications. I highly recommend you talking to these guys if you have any grout related work. We had a contractor put a backsplash in our kitchen and the grout was different colors in various spots. Sir Grout came in and applied their product to our exact color specifications. Then they sealed it. Now it looks awesome and it will last. My wife was very happy after they were done. Great job Sir Grout !
