The guys at Sir Grout Westchester are extremely professional. The owner Tim cares about his customers and treats them like family. He'll give you sound advice and will not leave your home until you're satisfied. Very punctual, very respectful, and most importantly very knowledgeable. You can hire the other guys to save a couple of pennys and ruin your floors, or you can get it done by Sir Grout and get it done right. He did both of my bathrooms and I couldn't be much happier. Will hire again to do my old folks house.
I contacted Sir Grout via their website to inquire about an estimate and received a call within a day or so to set an appointment for the following Monday. Judi came out to take measurements and see our floors firsthand to give an estimate. She was extremely friendly, knowledge, and had a brochure of color options, as we were looking to color seal our spotty light (and dark depending on where you looked) brown grout. She gave us a detailed explanation of what work would occur and shortly after her visit sent us over an itemized estimate for services.
The price was fair and they included incentives, such as warranty on the work and discounts on future services. We scheduled our appointment shortly after and they custom ordered our color sealant, as we went for a darker shade than most do I suppose. On the morning of our appointment the two gentlemen showed up to do the work bright and early and got right to it. They deep cleaned and applied the color sealant a lot quicker than we expected and we were very happy with the results! We did notice a couple spots within a dark closet that didn't take the sealant well that we noticed after they had left, but Judi sent someone back out right away to fix it. They said if anything else pops up to let them know and they're happy to come back out. That's the kind of customer service that I can really appreciate. Very happy with the experience from beginning to end and love our new charcoal grey grout!
Olen did amazing work, coming in at the time scheduled and at the budget. 36 hours later, everything was dried and the new shower floor is retaining its new color and sealed very well against water. Would absolutely recommend them!
General Manager, Joe Bodnar, came out and gave us a quote for our Master Bathroom. He was very pleasant and delightful to deal with! The quote was very fair, reasonable and no up-charging what so ever. Owner, Jeff Miller, called the night before to confirm appointment (since Joe was on vacation (much deserved)). We had the pleasure of having Donald Carter perform the grout work. He was meticulously detailed oriented and did a phenomenal job in our Master Bath (floor and shower)!! He really loves what he does and it shows!! I highly recommend Sir Grout to all homeowners that want their tiled bathrooms cleaned and grout redone. Please thank Donald again for me!!

We had Sir Grout redo our shower/master bath grout, as well as our kitchen/hall/laundry room tile areas. Chris and Sam were on time, professional and did an awesome job. There was no rushing, and an extreme attention to detail. They also took the time afterwards to make sure we understood the right cleaners and maintenance to use going forward. It looks great and was just the refresh these areas in our home needed. I would highly recommend them.
Our grout was a mess and this 2-man crew completely transformed our floor. We opted for the painted sealing treatment. They showed up on time, were extremely professional and did an amazing job. The consultation was also super informative. Our floor looks brand new. My dog already had an accident and it all wiped right off. We will definitely use them again for the upstairs.
Our bathroom needed grout on the tub edge and calking elsewhere. Ed did a great job. He arrived on time, explained everything as he went along and left everything neat and clean. We are pleased with the job and will use them again.
