First of all, John is a true professional and gentleman. When my wife and I sat down with him, he presented a clear and comprehensive picture of his product. We just moved into an older home and I don't think anything had ever been done with the Spanish terracotta kitchen tile. The grout lines were black and it felt old, dated and quite frankly I was ready to rip them out. I called Sir Grout for a quote and Tom was really responsive and professional.
The gentlemen that showed up to do the job were on time, really knowledgeable and superb. It took about 4 hours from cleaning to drying. They laid down a few new colors to color dye the grout and I cannot tell you how impressed I am. These kitchen floors went from drab to fab that day. They look BRAND NEW!!! the grout is a fresh light gray/white and they look like they were just put in. I actually want to walk on the kitchen floors bare foot where before it felt dirty with those black lines. Thank you Sir Grout for an amazing transformation. I highly recommend.
