I appreciated the punctuality and prompt follow up on my inquiry and/or request. The technician was honest about one part of the work and gave me a recommendation of what needed to be done. The floors look amazing and they look like new. Not sure about the value of the work, but I didn't find other reputable business to request a quote. At the end, I think it was worth it.
Right from the start with Dennis coming in, surveying and giving me my estimate for the job to be done and then Chris here explaining everything he was doing at the time he was doing it, helped me understand what he was putting on and leaving with a job well done. These guys were real good, I will recommend them and the company to anybody that's looking.
I have a 20+ year old marble foyer, 5 kids, 4 dogs, 7 grandkids and have used the wrong stuff on this floor through the years. The floor was no longer shiny, dull and without luster. Sir Grout team was able to restore the shine and fix a minor crack in a tile. I am very satisfied and will recommend them. Their representative was knowledgeable and did a great job!

This company made the home look amazing! You can paint and get new carpet but it doesn't look fresh and clean until the grout and tile is done. They were prompt, responsive, and polite. They repaired places of missing grout as well as discolored grout. I would recommend to anyone looking for cleaning or repair!
My husband and I had our grout in our stand up shower recolored and sealed and the moldy silicone caulking replaced with epoxy. Justin put in a good days' worth of work and it looks brand new again! I am always hesitant to spend money on anything, but it's easy to justify with the quality of workmanship and products you get with Sir Grout! I can't wait to have them recolor and seal our floor grout next!
