We are extremely pleased with the work completed by Sir Grout's David and David this week. They resolved an extremely challenging, labor-intensive shower floor issue and refreshed the tile walls, floors and tub surround (along with kitchen granite counters). We love our master bathroom again! We had a great experience with Sir Grout, start to finish. From the very efficient estimate process to the excellent work of the technician. Our bathroom floor and tile look like new. They also removed stained caulking around the bottom of the shower and replaced it. Very satisfied with their service and do not hesitate to recommend.
Loved that he came wearing mask as safety is number one priority now, I was very pleased with the work. My grout looks great! Sir Grout did a beautiful job on restoring the grout in our kitchen and bath. I am amazed at the difference in my floors, they look brand new. The technician was professional and explained all of the steps, and wore a mask the entire time.

During a virtual Duo inspection with Marty it was decided to send his representative to look at the 3 baths, kitchen, breakfast nook etc. The representative arrived on time wearing a mask and at the ready with the project. In the end we went with caulking each bath and color seal on them. The kitchen and breakfast nook was color sealed. I was so impressed with the associates that maintained their professional experience with each room explaining how they work and the final care. The company did return to followup on everything. We recommend this company and it's professional experience with the 'color seal' product. It makes the tile look new. Thank you.
