Matt at Sir Grout did a wonderful job restoring our shower. He was prompt, courteous and did a meticulous job on the shower. Cleaning, repairing lose and cracked grout and caulking where needed. Shower looks brand new. I definitely recommend Matt. He even provided information on care and cleaning of the tile shower.
Arrived on time. Was courteous, professional, very neat and quiet. The refinisher is an ex-marine. The refinish of 2 bathroom floors with 2 tiles replaced took less than 6 hours. The price was very fair and the floors look great. As good as new. Would definitely use again.

My condo has a marble kitchen countertop that was terribly etched and stained. I had several people look at it. One wouldn't even attempt to fix it. Sir Grout's general manager Chrissie looked at it and was confident they could make it look a lot better. While there, she also observed the ceramic tile floors were in desperate need of cleaning and sealing with a paint sealer.
The worker who showed up was terrific. The floor looks like new. The countertop was a challenge. Marc personally came the next day to work on it and when he left it did indeed look like new. These people are a pleasure to work with. From scheduling, to working, to following up, they are very customer oriented and driven to make sure the customer is happy with the results. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

We recently had Sir Grout do a partial regrouting to our shower. The day after having that done, a crack appeared in one of the tiles. I called them and they came out the next day and spent 4-1/2 hours fixing and replacing several tiles that had a potential of cracking in the future. They did a great job, and were VERY customer oriented! Love that! Would definitely use them again.
