I will recommend this company to anybody who requires floor work. I was scheduled for a free estimate. And the owner was amazing he came in and was very honest and realistic with what he thinks is the best option for me. He told me that what I required I can actually do myself. He didn't up sell me, he didn't provide me services that I didn't need. He followed up with me and gave me hints and tips on how to manage my floors. I will use this company in the future when I really do need their services. I give them 5 out of 5 for their customer service, knowledge and overall experience.
All tile in my home looks brand new again! I am very pleased! My only caveat is that wait time to get scheduled as well as pricing reflects the high demand for quality service. However, it was worth it!
Sir Grout Phoenix did a great job of cleaning our 15 year old tile floors, removed and replaced caulking around one tub, and repaired and re-grouted a large sunken mosaic tile tub. Very grateful for their good and attentive service! Highly recommend and will hire them again.
Chris was on time and removed his shoes before he went into the house. Did a great job re-caulking our bathtub. Cleaned every thing before he left. Super job! I would recommend and use this service again in the future.

I was more than satisfied with the job. My tile floors were a mess. I didn't know if they could completely restore the tiles to what they were new thirty years ago. Alex is the miracle worker who did my floors. He also explained to me how to clean them and keep them in great shape. I would happily recommend them.

Sir Grout was super professional. We took out an old vanity and wanted to replace it with a free standing vanity. Basically we had a dozen or so tiles which needed to be replaced. He came by to give us a quote and had someone here within a day to help us fix the problem. Worked with us on the price and we were grateful! We will have them come back to do the next bathroom.
