The manager Gary was prompt and responsive. Marlon, the technician who provided the service, was one of the most professional contractors I've worked with. He was clean cut, polite, and well spoken. It's hard to find a company that still believes in customer service but this company does! they do the work they say and go above and beyond to educate and take care of their customer. i did have a problem with part of the work peeling but i called them and they are sending someone out to fix it. i heard words every customer wants to hear, "we have to make it right for you". Thank you Sir Grout for caring about your work and most importantly your customers. I will surely recommend this company. I will also have them back to work on another bathroom.
