I used Sir Grout for my home in Queens... The owner came with his staff and really amazed me with the prompt and courteous service to begin with. I asked him at the last hour if he can have his men take care of another bathroom and he said no problem. Stayed late into the evening which really amazed me again and did a fantastic job! Contacted Sir Grout to refinish a large, enclosed shower with a sauna feature which predisposes it to mold because the door has a tight seal on it; it was a last-ditch effort as I was ready to demolish the shower, tired of the continual mold problem. The Sir Grout technicians took care of the problem in a day; the shower was cleaned up, re-grouted and re-sealed. I was so pleased with the finished product that I hired them for a second, larger job involving multiple stone and tile surfaces in another residence and had the same experience. I was contacted after both jobs to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. On the second job, the owner, Brian Fultz actually advised me not to do a section of tile he thought was in good condition - I appreciate that honesty. Great, easy and efficient experience for me.
The Sir Grout technician did a fantastic job. He wore shoe covers and placed a tarp under his tools/equipment. I'm very pleased with the outcome. My countertops look brand new.
We recently had our kitchen tile cleaned by a well-known company who claimed that they would be able to remove wax from the tile and restore the grout color. Needless to say we were quite disappointed with the outcome and called the company to complain with no resolution.
We received a flyer for Sir Grout and decided to set up an appointment to look at our kitchen tile. Tim O' Leary was very personable as well as knowledgeable about our problem and we decided to move forward.

These guys are awesome! I spent $5000 on limestone/marble floors in bathrooms and never knew that certain products etched the tiles.
They were here for around 3 hours and brought it back to the original factory honed finish. Something another company I paid $500 to, could not do. They will be my go to refinish for any sort of natural stone moving forward!
Job was done well and problem of water leaking from shower was fixed by the caulking but technician was over an hour late. Price was good and scheduling was very easy. Everyone I dealt with was very polite. The tech was professional, cleaned up great and did a good job re-caulking the shower. Would use again.
Today I was wow'd by Sir Grout! Not that I'm easily impressed by contractors; but Sir Grout is several levels above many contractors who have a claim to fame and truly should be ashamed of their name. Sir Grout came ready for work, had a plan and an expert group of tile experts who carried out their plan, and then some. The "then some", you may ask? Let me explain. Many contractors come with a work order and just complete the job contracted. Sir Grout came, looked at the house tiles wherever they carefully tread. Pointed out what was ordered, what actually needed to be done to make things more presentable and functional and went about doing exactly that. The job was completed in a timely manner, within cost, and before departing ensured that I had a clear awareness and understanding of the proper care and maintenance of the tile work completed as well as that which existed. My hardy thanks and a well done to the Sir Grout team.
Eddie Moleros at Sir Grout is my hero. We were selling our UES coop and the limestone floors and bathroom had been badly stained and cracked by our renters. I got Sir Grout through the internet, they gave me a reasonable estimate, and I held my breath and hired them. When Eddie's workmen finished and I inspected it, there was one place I was dissatisfied with and I thought I would have to live with it; but Eddie himself came back the next day, redid the work and some additional work -- and would not accept an additional dime, even though I offered to pay for his time. He only wanted me to be thoroughly satisfied.
Results are spectacular (sold my apartment the first day on the market!), and I would recommend him to anyone.
The folks from Sir Grout did a great job on our master bath floor and shower surround. They arrived promptly as scheduled for both the estimate and the work and completed the task quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the floor protection that they used outside the bath and their attention to detail in all of the work that was done for cleaning and coloring the grout. We got a great job for a reasonable price.
