Niko came and re-beautified our marble bathroom from polishing, regrouting, steaming the marble and putting silicone around all of the edges to bring it back to its original beauty! He also redid our marble sink top and got rid of all of the sore eye stains and discolored areas. And to top it off he repainted the gold colored shower fixtures and soap basket inside the shower which was not part of his estimate which he did for FREE to put the finishing touches on and give us a brand new bathroom and shower! Thanks for a great job.
I cannot recommend Sir Grout Pittsburgh highly enough! From start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. I had multiple issues in my bathroom, including mold and mildew buildup, missing grout in my showers and on the floor, and caulking around the tub that desperately needed to be redone.
Dave handled the initial consultation and the entire job with professionalism and expertise. He provided fantastic recommendations for the grout and caulking colors, which turned out perfectly.
The work itself was top-notch. Dave thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all the tile and grout, expertly filled in the missing grout with durable epoxy grout, and redid the caulking to perfection. The attention to detail was impressive, and the final result looks better than I ever imagined.
What really stood out was the care taken to make sure the grout color was perfectly matched to my bathroom's aesthetic.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to Melissa, who handled scheduling. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure my service could be completed on a specific day, even coordinating with the owner to make it happen. That level of customer service is rare and much appreciated.
