Wow! What a great experience I just had with Sir Grout! Andrew came exactly when I was told he would come, he explained each and every step of the process to me, and then he did the most beautiful job on my rather-neglected master shower! I highly recommend Sir Grout Westchester. Tim is clearly an expert at what he does. After cleaning both our main bath and master bath tubs/showers, they looked better than ever! Beyond that, Tim was honest in setting expectations as one shower looked like it may have been beyond "repair."
It was clear he was looking out for our best interest, and not looking to just charge us for a job that may not meet his and/or our standards. However, he was a miracle worker and not only met our standards, but exceeded them!
Tim also shared tips with us on how to best maintain the shower going forward. He was prompt, hard-working, and someone I felt comfortable having in my home, that counts for a lot these days. I am looking forward to working with Sir Grout Westchester on another project soon.

My wife and I purchased our home 23 years ago, and we have taken fastidious care of the carpet and tile flooring. We had Stanley Steamer clean the tile floors some years ago when they were here cleaning the rugs, and the results were totally underwhelming.
