Our experience was excellent. Issac was professional and respectful. He is prompt and very hard-working. He took time to explain the products and was very helpful choosing colors for our grout. We had an excellent experience with Sir Grout. Our master bathroom shower had grout that was cracked, crumbling and falling out in several places plus the floor had become discolored. Jay came to give a quote, which I received in less than 24 hours. It was very detailed, and when I chose to skip one optional step in the repair/cleaning process there was no pressure to perform unnecessary work.

Our shower was causing a leak into the ceiling below, so we called Sir Grout. The manager himself came to do an inspection and initial quote. He was very kind and explained everything to me. Romeo then came out the following week to re-grout and caulk our entire shower. He was very prompt, communicative, and very professional. He went over everything he was going to do and told me how long it would take him. He got straight to work and finished quicker than I had expected, especially considering how immaculate it looked.
