We needed our stone countertop refinished, as it had etch marks from glasses, acidic foods etc. I couldn't find anyone who even knew the type of stone that we have (it has natural fossils in it), until someone from Sir Grout came out. She researched what we have and was able to come up with a plan of action for getting the etch marks out. The guy that came out was professional and WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Our counters look brand new! I highly recommend this company!

Joe was extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done to fix the etching on our shower marble wall and floor. He communicated when he was going to arrive and was on time.
