Tim came in and explained what needed to be done. No pressure selling, just the facts on what they could do. He was also competitively priced. We chose them and man are we glad we did. He sent Ainier... This guy is an artist. His attention to detail, and I mean EVERY detail, is phenomenal. He fixed things we did not even know were there. He took his time and got the job done. He was on time and said he would be done by 4 PM. He was at the door with all his equipment ready to accept payment at 4 as promised. From what the shower was to what it is now is a sight to see. We are SO happy with Sir Grout that we contracted them to do our tiles as well. 5 Stars to this Team!

Manny is the most professional, polite, skilled craftsman out there! He completely restored all of my bathrooms to better than new condition. One of which was all marble and extremely hard to find someone with the expertise to work on. I cannot recommend him enough!
