I received nothing in compensation for leaving this review, I had my bathroom shower regrouted and shower walls and bathroom floor redone. They truly made the bathroom look brand new! They were diligent to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Tony is a hard worker and did a phenomenal job. I'm just sad I don't contact Sir Grout sooner.
Just had a consult with Dan from Sir Grout. He was so helpful. Apparently, my marble shower stains are internal and not really treatable but he was upfront about what could and could not be done and did not waste my time or money. He had good recommendations for what we should do going forward and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend it heartily.
Jeff and his crew were professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. We are replacing our shower doors and had to have the grout filled and repaired. Jeff came over gave a quote. We set a date and time for the work. J.B., Jeff's employee, showed up on the time we set and was done in the time frame he said he would be. Shower looks great and we can even tell there once was a door. Thanks for the great and stress free work!
Sir Grout is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I had no idea the outcome would leave us with a "brand new" looking main shower and bathroom floor. I scheduled a grout cleaning for our master shower even though I never heard anything good about grout cleaning. Wow! Jarrod from Sir Grout came in, looked around and got to work. He was like a machine, arms and elbows flying! When he was done, I was shocked. it looked like a new shower! And while I had a bit of an upgraded cleaning, he said it would last 6-7 years with regular cleaning. If you are on the fence, jump down on the Sir Grout side. And ask for Jarrod if you are in Phoenix.

Great experience. We had two bathrooms done and they look brand new. I didn't think they could look as good as they do. Will use them again for the third bathroom in the future. Kevin and Iner were great!
Cody was extremely friendly and did a great job on our slate floor. Jay, the owner, stopped by about midway through the job to lend a hand and to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a pleasure having these guys work on our floor, would definitely hire again.
I had the best experience with Sir Grout. Chris and Jimmy were very professional. Chris came out to give us our estimate, and Jimmy came out a few weeks later and did such a beautiful job. Both were very courteous and timely. A huge bonus is that you can schedule online!
Our master bathroom shower grout had been loose and pieces were washing away. Anthony came out and looked at everything thoroughly (picking up a few tiles etc.) he assessed the situation and gave a fair price. Our tech, Stephan, said he would make it look new again and he did! We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.
