We just bought a condo and were considering re-doing our master shower. It was really in a bad state. So we called Sir Grout and a couple of other companies to come in and give estimates. Tim came in and explained what needed to be done. No pressure selling, just the facts on what they could do. He was also competitively priced. We chose them and man are we glad we did. He sent Ainier... This guy is an artist. His attention to detail, and I mean EVERY detail, is phenomenal. He fixed things we did not even know were there. He took his time and got the job done. He was on time and said he would be done by 4 PM. He was at the door with all his equipment ready to accept payment at 4 as promised. From what the shower was to what it is now is a sight to see. We are SO happy with Sir Grout that we contracted them to do our tiles as well. 5 Stars to this Team!

Manny is the most professional, polite, skilled craftsman out there! He completely restored all of my bathrooms to better than new condition. One of which was all marble and extremely hard to find someone with the expertise to work on. I cannot recommend him enough!

We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout! First, we had a complimentary (which was very nice) walk-through consultation with Karl. He was very helpful in addressing all our concerns and questions and explained what we would expect. Then we were scheduled with Tony for the project. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained the steps of the cleaning to us and had us check on his progress several times during his work to make sure we were satisfied. He did an amazing job! We are absolutely happy with how our shower turned out! We highly recommend Sir Grout!

Shout-out to Fred at Sir Grout!! Fred came to my home and he was very professional from start to finish. He explained to us how Sir Grout's techniques would rejuvenate the look of our tiles in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. He also demonstrated different colors of grout that I could use in my kitchen. He had the time and the patience to go over things with me show me how it would look and answer all of my questions. Excellent regrout work by Nick with Sir Grout! The tile in this bathroom had worn mustard-colored grout and the shower needed to be professionally cleaned and resealed. The results made the tile look new again. Nick put down 3 color samples to choose from, which was great to visually see the actual finish. Very pleased with the results!
When we had the estimate done to renew our two showers and tub we were told that they would look like new when the work was completed. Tony and Ninoshka accomplished that and more and we cannot stop thinking about just how great everything looks.
