Y'all Did an amazing job! Our floors and shower were brought back to life and look brand spanking new!! Dan was prompt and thorough with the quote and I could tell he was a good person. Andrew and Alex were the techs and they paid attention to every detail, they were so kind, professional, and very informative, but most importantly they were honest! They know what they are doing. Andrew at one point left to go get a different polishing machine, because he wanted to make sure our kitchen floors reflected his high standard. Alex had fixed a grout line near our shower that wasn't even on the work list or quote but fixed it because he noticed it. I'm telling you these people are LEGIT! Thank you again and again for bringing the floors that my father in-law put in 17 years ago back to life!
We had our Lanai enclosed but the tile that was exposed to weather for 10 years needed some work. James our Sir Grout rep arrived on time and worked diligently to clean the tile surface and grout. The results were better than we expected. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.
I only wish I hadn't waited so long to get this done. My Saltillo tile and grout look new. Great people, great job, and I will continue to use them for maintenance. Excellent results! I never thought they could revive it to this level. Outstanding.
